CHRISTMAS PARTY

SATURDAY 17th DECEMBER 2011
The evening will commence with a drinks reception in the Lodge Room from 7.00pm followed by a four course dinner at 7.45pm. Being mindful of costs, there will be no formal entertainment this year, but it is hoped that we can entertain ourselves informally and have time for some festive carol singing.
All proceeds from the evening will be donated to our Almoners Fund in recognition of the tremendous work that Worshipful Brother Mervyn does on our ladies behalf and indeed for all of us when sick or needy. Please be generous in your donations of prizes for our tombola and indeed your support of that event. If you are unable to attend, either Mervyn or I would be pleased to accept donations to his fund, after all he can only give out if we give in!

The cost will be £23.50 per person.
We would so like you to come and join us, it will be an informal function with lots of good old Lodge of Warwick friendship and fun. Please feel free to invite family and friends, the more the merrier. We look forward to seeing you.
